KEEP Healthy
The Florida Kidney Screening Program offers free screenings for kidney disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes to those most at risk. Through this program, the NKF of Florida has screened thousands of individuals, leading the way in early detection, diagnosis, and referrals for treatment of kidney disease.
